Someone else used the terminology first, but I've definitely contracted it. Off to do something else tonight or I'll get tainted again. Suggestions, anyone?

1. I'm becoming numb to it all
it is just endless, just one thing after another

2. I know what you mean. Things that a decade ago
would have had my head spinning completely off, I just tend to shrug at today.

Watch a funny movie. Read a good book. Chat with a girlfriend. Anything unrelated to politics, outrage, etc. :hi:

9. One truly excellent glass of wine, some candles and
a long, hot, soak in a bathtub full of scented bubbles. :hi:

10. Have a "do nothing" evening.
Please don't clean your closets. Maybe head over to Powells and wander the aisles for a bit?
