5. Starting off my week: two research papers and a midterm.

Finishing my week: Two shows featuring three of my favourite local bands. Things are definitely looking up for me this weekend.

This week was going alright until around 12:30 am . I had a freaking panic attack and it sucks so bad because I ruined a good day . Sigh but I will be better . Just have to be patient

You've had a bit of a rough patch lately. I hope things start looking up for you. And you have my sympathy regarding your panic attacks. I started having them about 5 years ago, and now I have to take meds every day to stave them off. Hopefully you will not have any more.

11. I was doing so good ... I was really feeling fine ...

Last night at work I shorted myself on lunch not realizing what kind of effect it would have on my medication . But you know what , now I know the importance . All I have been doing is eating and I heard that the medicine makes you gain weight and I did not want to do it - so I did the wrong thing and did not eat enough . But like I said , I know better now . I won't ever skip another meal again . My physician and her assistant helped me out a lot and told me that they wanted me to continue and I am going to do that . I hate panic attacks - its the worst feeling in the world because as I was having one I went off on a friend and said things that I did not mean and I feel that I might have lost him and I pray that he understands that I have indeed been going through a rough patch . In due time things will be well . I know that for sure

I don't lash out at people too much during a panic attack. Instead, I start panicking even more, because I am absolutely convinced I am dying. Of course, once the attack is gone, I don't think that way, but damn, it sucks when I'm in the middle of one. Haven't had a really bad one in quite some time, though.

I have always been in tune to certain things . Its just the feeling in the air . I think it has something to do with the changing of the season . It always happens in my case .
