The Blackbirds Are Back In Maryland... Can Spring Be Far Behind?

They're a welcome sign... but only that the weather will start to warm up soon. They're all in my yard, in my trees, and pooping on everything.

Too bad they don't have a prettier sounding song. It's just tuneless screeching squawking crow-like calls. Noisy this morning.

AND... have you noticed? The DAYS ARE GETTING LONGER TOO!! Yay!

...low eighties the day after, here in Georgia. We may be skipping spring and going directly to hurricane season. Bleah.
