I am no expert but....
If you DL it, it's already saved, you just have to be sure its where you can get it it. If you didnt get a choice where to save it, you can always do an advanced search for an mp3 and see it.
If it streaming audio, its a bit trickier, you need a program to capture it... there is a program called silent bob that is free... you can dl it at downloads.com, i think. While it might not be the best, it does the job and you can get a feel for the process.
I have spent the day downloading audio programs from the net. For some reason, they end up im my temp folder, I copy and paste them in a new desktop folder. Am listening to some awesome old blues/boogie woogie shows.
