Anyone here ever hear of the "Sterling Institute"?
The same LandmarkBot I talked about earlier was also really REALLY involved with Sterling, and tried to do the hard sell.

I found a bunch of good stuff about them on RickRoss.com - but anyone out there hear of these guys?

Like Werner Erhardt of EST, Justin Sterling is not the guru's real name.
