5. I remember him on the AWA's "All Star Wresting" in the 70s

He got his start doing commentary for the AWA (American Wrestling Association), which was based in Minneapolis, back in the 1970s. I used to watch "All Star Wrestling" every Saturday morning at 11:00 religiously when I was a pre-teen. I even went to a few tapings of it, too.

Those were the days, Larry "The Axe" Henning, Mad Dog Vashon, Baron "The Claw" Von Raschke, Vern Gagne, Jesse "The Body" Ventura, and eventually Hulk Hogan.

Damn, I miss those days.
