Outlook Express help
I don't use it, but am trying to help someone on the phone...

Her "SENT" file is empty and I would think that she has the option to save those. Is that under tools?

I don't have outlook on my computer at work. Any help would be appreciated. You all rock here in the lounge!

1. Under tools, select Options, then
then Preferences tab, then E-mail options. Finally, make sure the box is checked next to "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder"

2. Thank you, thank you, thank you... X's and O's
It is hard to walk someone through that when you don't have it yourself.
