I am doing fine :) Again thank you for your words - I wish I could hug all you in person but I just wanted to let you know that I am alright . I cried for the first time today because I realize that the stress I was holding in was coming out and tears and now I feel much better . Thank you all :)

4. Not only did I cry ...

I lit a candle and said a prayer for my heart to heal and then I blew out the candle when I opened my eyes . I am slowly exhaling but I will be fine .

Its hard getting over someone that you cared deeply for in one day - its going to take some time . But I have no other choice , you know ?
