Looks like HBO has a new drama that looks really interesting
I usually love all the programming that HBO comes up with; however, recently I haven't found much interest in some of the dramas like Deadwood, Carnivale (which has been canceled) or Rome. I'm just not much into these period pieces.

But I was just on the HBO website and this is the new drama they'll be introducing when the Sopranos returns and it looks really interesting - "Big Love" is the story of a polygamist who has his 3 wives all living in adjacent houses. The cast is really good with Bill Paxton in the lead role.

This should be interesting!

1. This pisses me off
Deadwood season 3 gets delayed until June because of this show. Sorry I don't feel your enthusiasm.
But Biden did vote NO on cloture.

5. "OMG NOEZ, TEH DEADWOOD DELAYZ0RED!!1"
Suck it up, they CANCELLED, Carnivle, aka the best show EVER!

(Haha, I'm just kidding, though I am pissed about Carnivle, I'd be pissed about Deadwood too if I watched it...which I need to start.)

7. I'm glad your kidding
While I was not a fan of Carnivale I feel your pain. On the up-side Ron Moore left Carnivale after season 1 to start Battlestar Galatica.

2. Is Rome coming back?
I get more into period pieces than I do family melodrama.

But I haven't gotten much into Deadwood, because I'm not a big westerns fan, either.

HBO has renewed its epic drama series ROME for a second season, it was announced today by Carolyn Strauss, president, HBO Entertainment. Production of the 12-episode second season will begin next March, with the debut set for 2007.

"Although the first season of ROME is just underway, we're affirming our support for this exciting and ambitious series by preparing for a second season now," noted Strauss. "I'm delighted that critics and subscribers share our enthusiasm for the show."

8. When does it start on HBO?
I couldn't watch the whole clip, it timed out, but from what I saw, it looks kinda interesting.

BTW, when is Bill Maher coming back?
