Stupid question re: freezing foods
Is it ok to use those containers that you buy "butter" in. The tubs. Or don't they seal enough?

Yeah, my life can be boring once in a while..LOL.

5. America's Test Kitchen recommends recycling those type of containers.
They tested them against Tupperware, Rubbermaid and some other brands and they determined the recycled containers worked just fine for food storage. I tried to link to the article, but it's "expired" and no longer on their website.

6. Cool
Thanks. I figure they should be ok, but I wasn't sure if anyone else ever used them.

7. I sometimes put plastic wrap directly on top of the food
before putting it in a container, especially if there's quite a bit of air space. :)
