In Bob Roberts, his senatorial campaign was in 1990. In 1990 there are no senatorial races. Santorum ran in 1994 and Arlen Specter ran in 1992. 1990 would be the off year.

Harrisburg PA has had the same democratic mayor for the last 25 years (they don't have term limits and the guy is absolutely fabulous as a mayor - really turned the city around). Ironically the mayor of Harrisburg is neither married nor has children. In fact, rumor has it, that he's actually gay!
