17. Hahaha what i always found funny was,

The large majority of these guys do this to show how tuff(tough i know) they are, or to look tuff I have faced a few of these muscle monkeys in the ring/mat/cage. They are some of the worst fighters you will ever see. They have no mobility, lack of elasticity, and absolutely no stamina. They are to big and wide to strike (kick/punch/knees/elbows) effectively. To inflexible to actually be able to wrestle or grapple.

They are in fact very very far from being tuff guys. They are along with body builder types some of the easiest to beat.

Have all the muscle you want, it won't help your chin, and won't protect you joints from joint locks. And having a big neck does not mean you can't be choked out(quite the opposite really)
