I finally figured out why Rachel Ray annoys me

Specifically. not just because she is annoying.
1) I want to cuff her hands behind her back so that she won'y wave them around all the time. It's like she thinks she's a traffic cop or something.
2) Her voice sounds like Peppermint Patty. Seriously. Put on a Peanuts cartoon and see.

1. Ever notice she gets embarrassed really easy?

I watched her last week and I forget exactly what she did but then her face turned red and she made a lame ass joke about it. I wonder if shes really THAT perky off air?

I was laughing so hard the other day when she was in Chattanooga - my hubby asked me what I was cracking up about and I said her!!! Shes a whack job. He asked why am I watching her when I cant stand her and I replied - simply comedy. Man.. Its better than watching comedy central.

2. for some reason my wife's family all love her

Her recipes are OK, I just want to reach through the screen and strangle her.

3. I want to choke her when I hear "my daddys chili" I swear she mentions

that once an episode. EVOO, you know, extra virgin olive oil.. blah blah blah. Womans best friend - the garbage bowl! Shit.. I just take the garbage can over to where I'm working. I dont want to make 2 trips for this! What a record!

4. Yeah, I know

Although the garbage bowl can be a good idea. One of the things the Prophetess does a lot when she's cooking is stop to clean every single thing every time it gets used or something gets thrown away. She spends more time cleaning than cooking. Seems she had a real anal-retentive home-ec teacher. I can't cook that way, and I can't see how she gets anything done.
