My whole body hurts

Damn head cold is the nastiest thing I've had to face in a long time.

I've been sneezing and coughing and blowing my nose for 2.5 days straight. (Imagine how my hernia repair site feels after coughing for more than 2 days). The only way I have been able to get any sleep is to dope myself up w/ Nyquil, and while that DOES work, I wake up feeling hung-over but STILL SICK.

I have it too, but it seems to a lesser extent...take care of yourself...lots of sleep...plenty of fluids...:hug:

3. Pedialyte

IF you have anything NEAR what my wife and now my mother have drink lots of pedialyte (its basically the same thing you would get in an IV).

OF course if you had what we have you would have diarhea and massive nausea.
