Exercise bike.

I've rebuilt 70% of my upper body strength, but I have a way to go - but my lower body strength has declined since the surgery; but now I am able to use my bike again, the fusion healed. And, wow, I am really deconditioned in the cardio department... but I'm determined to get back into shape. Oddly enough, I am finding reason to value my life. Besides, maybe if I look the stereotype, people will ignore my different personality even though they say they want different in their personal ads! (humans are such a pain! :D ))

So what's your NYRTYADN?

1. I ventured into GD this morning.

And came away, unscathed. Some rather pleasant exchanges, too.
I hope to at least go and look at the threads once a day.

2. I'm trying to be better to myself, too.

I started my blood pressure meds today. (I'm light-headed now!) I cleaned the crap out of my house with more crap to come. I'm quitting smoking, too.
