4. Is this Frank Booth from the alt.impeach.bush newsgroup?

If so, you can do searches in the newsgroup which will debunk most of this.

For example, the George Magazine article on Bush has been thoroughly outed as shoddy journalism.

The wingnut who put together this refutation put it into a PDF file, so you can't copy and paste. I wonder if that was intentional? I also wonder if this Curt King character is an astroturfer.
