badfiles which will let me get rid of the crap that might be slowing down my pc? I run a few spyware/ad attack programs but nothing comes up. PC spazzes out and runs slow. I clean up my drive regularly and run maintenance. Wha can I{ do?

4. You could try Hijack This.

It is usually a last resort (It is easy to remove important things).

Dowload the .exe file for Hijack this and click on the "Do a System Scan and Save Logefile" button. It should be in the upper left hand corner.

Get it to save a log and you could post it here.. For example this is mine:

I might be able to tell you what to delete (and how).. But your best bet is to go to one of the forums listed before you download and ask there..

Honestly, I would suggest burning some CD's of your data and plan on Re-installing Windows. All Operating Systems need to get re-installed at some time. You might as well get your data safe. Your hard drive could die in 30 minutes. Might as well have a back-up.
