How to use your avatar? Help please.

I cannot get my avatar to be accepted. I keep getting this:

Invalid avatar image
You can't use that image as an avatar, you don't own it

1. I do own the image.
2. I am following the instructions, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with the personal code they give me.

Can anyone help me out on this? I've tried putting the code up there by itself, before the avatar address, and after the avatar address. Nothing works.

1. paste the personal code

where it asks for the location of your image. 3rd box down. The same one that gives instruction on how to choose an avatar :)
