Or at least, or should I say actually, the TALK about the Project; right at this moment, just about now, at this point in time (which is a phrase that's about worn out, overstayed its welcome, gone out of style, and just plain dated, don't you think?) the operative objective, I think or at least I'm pretty sure, it's what I understand anyway, someone can correct me if I'm wrong because I've been known to be, at least once or twice, though not frequently (all right then, but not VERY frequently, wouldn't you say) is to keep the whole thing under wraps, and no, not the tarp that's on the scooter, a REAL wrap, as in a fabric or paper of some sort that goes completely AROUND the item under consideration, not just draped over the top like that tarp, even if the tarp is secured with a couple of bungee cords (because that still isn't' a wrap, is it?) and of course, keeping it under that wrap means making sure the tape that binds it is indeed secure, because we don't want any surprises, do we?

So now you know. You DID ask, after all, so live with the answer.
