I'm just saying that boob jobs are done every day that actually look like larger boobs. Those look cartoonishly round and not realy breast-like in shape (breasts generally only look round like that when one's milk first comes in. Otherwise there's more of a teardrop look that a good boob job can replicate pretty well these days.) I don't know what they call 'em round your parts, but around here those are stripper boobs and they're a sign that one went to a cheap surgeon and got the biggest pair that wouldn't cause you to fall on your face from the added weight.

And I say that as a not-even-slightly-jealous woman whose boobs got 7 reccomendations for the greatest page yesterday. Each.
