Anyone here ever tour the "Brew Belt"?
That is Northern Costal California, Southern and Central Oregon, up to the Sound?

If you really really love beer - trust me, this trip is worth it...

5. Not 'till you mentioned it.
But, being familiar with the region (mmmmmmmm....beer...), I think that moniker is muy perfecto.

And yes, it's definitely worth a trip. It's not just the wine country anymore!

8. Haven't taken a formal tour of the breweries.....
...but I've definitely tried all of the beers

It's my expert opinion that the Pacific Northwest produces some of the best beer on the planet. Real Guinness direct from Dublin might be the only thing better.

15. I agree!!!
Wow, it's nice to be in the center of it all. Our local brewery (Boundary Bay), is the best place to be on these snowy days. Get a hot bowl of stew and a nice, dark beer.

13. Anythin in the Waldport-Yachats area?
I never thought of looking for breweries when I go up to visit my parents.
