So why6 the frig am I freezing; my legs and arms ice cold to the touch?

My thermostat says the same damn thing, and I just told my wife "there ain't no goddamn way it's 72 in here, I'm freezin my ass off"

Do you have a humidifier?

Without some moisture in the air, your 72 degrees will feel like 62.

8. Humidity reading is just over the 42 mark. Not a bad idea though...
I prefer humid air.

9. 42 is quite low
Best to get that jacked up a fair amount.

I discovered this when I lived in my first place with a radiator - I was always cold, and also always sick, anmd constantly loaded with static electricity, until someone told me to get a humidifier. Then within hours of turning it on, everything was fixed.

Now I have the problem of living in an apartment that is so goddamn airtight that it's too moist. I have to wipe the windows down every day (the fish tanks don't help, either) because of it.
