I did not think it was that bad. But they will have to replace the wheel as well cause she gouged it pretty bad and she broke the bumper on the inside as well. So that is what added up to so much.

Happened to me about a month ago. My Volks Van was hit and received $1200 in damage. The book value is so low the insurance company was contemplating totaling it out.

The only thing that saved my beloved "Palapa Blanca" was me almost coming to tears when they told me their plans.

Its amazing how little damage adds up to $1200.
