The futures markets are pricing in a 100% probability of a FOMC 25 bps increase at the December meeting, and an 80% probability of an increase at Greenspan's final meeting in January.

This will leave Ben Bernanke with a bit of a conundrum at the March meeting.

after a pretty bullish week. The yields have really been attracting the international flows, strengthening that proud ol' dollar's stand against the upstart Euro.

four crowns and a root canal.... not nice. All at once. And of course you can't complain - the bastard has both his hands in your mouth and is holding a drill. Time to be nice. (I tried to write a dental sadism porn story but just couldn't make it work.)

However niceness is only temporary... I immediately wanted to hurt someone else. But I'm a nice guy and secluded myself.


Still sore and whatever plastic/resin they use for temps tastes awful. Well, I shall survive. But if I get a little snarky, cut me some slack.

33. I used Oil of Oregano to help with the root canal, got rid of the pain.

I just want to say Welcome to the Crown Club, just remember there will be certain foods you can't eat anymore.

I glad you have a gentle dentist, so is mine.

I got two crowns about 6 years ago and no one ever told me I had to stop eating anything. What am I supposed to avoid?

38. My dentist told me to avoid stuff like hard candy, certain kind of chips.

I will have to find the list, it was short but I didn't eat the stuff anyway.

I had a friend who had to have some grounds replaced, so I am following the dentist orders on this.

Popcorn was on the list, hard nuts, things like that.

This may have just been my Dentist, but I am really careful of what I eat now. I just don't want another root canal, didn't hurt but one was enough.
