1. It would be cool if they could merge both Suspending Memory
and The Garden of Lights.

Replace the trees with the gardens of lites on each of the foot prints with pavillion overhead that at night actually allows the guests to view the names on the ceiling overhead.

While these memorials may be good, we real memorials ought to be in our hearts. We oughta thank God everyday that we live in this country and stuff like this does not happen on a daily basis like it doe sint he middl east

Because the center water fall (the bottom of which) you cannot see from the perimiter captures so poignantly the sense of loss as the water goes into the void.

(How foolish does one have to be to find crosses in the wreckage of a structure made from right angles?)
