Star Trek Voyager: Strangest DVD Box ever. In a sense even the coolest.
Edited on Tue Nov-08-05 12:33 PM by Kellanved
Well, the price of €600 is just insane: Almost €100 for a season of a TV show, I don't know what Paramount is thinking.

But for anybody still believing in the sanity of the Paramount managers, look at the actual box:

Yes that is right. It is a fridge. A frigging working miniature fridge .
Where please is the Star Trek connection? Is it their way of saying: "you'll need a lot of cold beers to avoid the plot holes"?

3. yup
I am still clueless what their rationale might be.

Maybe they want to advertise it as a "cool" series.
Or they hope it won't age as fast as other mediocre SciFi when kept cold.

5. Sometimes you just have to wonder what drugs the marketting dept is on
I got nothing here. I have no idea what they are trying to say other than the obvious cool reference. But that is just so lame.

10. I was also thinking
of Tom Paris and his obsession with Art Deco America. Kinda fits there.

9. Don't forget
that they always were on replicated food rations in the whole series. Perhaps they just don't want the same for you.

Of course, except you have Neelix cooking. Or should I say burning something?

Who buys this? I mena, I might be considered a Trekkie, but come on. There's a border somewhere ...
