3. Always keep Swiss Miss milk chocolate cocoa mix around..this is a
direct order from a voice of experience as it has saved my family from me turning into a witchy bitch many times.

It is cheap, tastes yummy and has a shelf life of about a million years!

4. Oh poor you! Here's a hug for warmth and some advice: ALWAYS
have a bag of chocolate chips and some sugar in the house...amazing the recipes you can manage, with those and a few other basics. My favorite when I have a serious chocolate jones is to make chocolate frosting and eat it out of the pan.

6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. milk
1 1/3 C. sugar

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then boil for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until just thick enough to kind of pour it on; reduces need to spread and risk tearing cake (since God knows we can't wait for the cake to cool before we frost it; we want to eat it NOW). Use for frosting cakes, cookies, graham crackers, ice cream topping or just pig on out and eat it right off the wooden spoon.
Yum.

6. I have a secret stash
Krogers had the huge Hersheys bars on sale for $1 each. They're well hidden from my wife and kids.
