Is Hotmail down?
Tonight I've sent two and had two returns, both with same message -"550 permit denied".

1. Are you using hotmail website
or a pop3 client like outlook to connect ?

hotmail forces me to log in every few days, and wont let me use the outlook client until i've entered som cyphered rotated text.

Pretty annoying.

3. Comcast and Microsoft are in some sort of pissing match, it seems
I don't know the details. I tried calling Comcast earlier and they claim it's Microsoft's problem, but it's Comcast's server that is giving the "permit denied" errors, not Hotmail's.

It's pretty ridiculous.
