"Wallace & Gromit in The Curse of the Were-Rabbit": who else has seen it?

I thought it was great!

What a great racket for Helena Bonham Carter to do voices for both this and "Corpse Bride"... I wonder if they get paid anything like for live action films...

1. Not yet, but I can't wait.
Saw "Flightplan" w/ my sister the other day. Hardly Jodie's best work, but hey, I had a gift certificate.

I LOVE the stuff the W&G guy comes up with. "Chicken Run" -- I LOL just thinking about that film. "I don't want to be a pie. I don't like gravy."

7. I liked how all the rabbits always howled in response to the Were-Rabbit.
I think that was my favorite thing in the movie.

I think the "special rabbit" (trying not to spoiler) would be an excellent collector's item action figure.

So did you guess what was gonna happen, in terms of the were-rabbit? I honestly thought there would be a twist!

well, you know what-who! The whole end of the movie with the fair was great as well. ;)

I'm definitely getting this on DVD when it comes out.

8. One of Nick Park's first award winning films was a short called
"Creature Conforts." It was animals complaining about life in a zoo....if you can find it ...watch it...the guy is great!

16. the one who needs "Space"?
Creature Comforts is great. The only problem with it is that the accents are so thick that I had to see it several times before I caught some of the funniest lines.

34. treasure it!
There was a documentary on recently about animation in the UK which featured interviews with some of the families who were interviewed for 'Creature Comforts'. It was scary how little they'd changed in over 15 years!

The recent series was okay, but the material was stretched a little thin IMO.

35. I first saw 'Creature Comforts' at an animated film festival...
It was way cool, and was sort of an add-on bonus to the billed debut of Nick Park's then newest short "A Grand Day Out" ("No crackers, Gromit! We've forgotten the crackers!") I've been a fan ever since.

18. Saw it yesterday and i loved it!!! My daughter was howling through it
and so was i. There was a lot in there for the adults. Lady Tottinghams melon's, the dog's dogfight and the church scene when the vicar said they were being punished for growing such big vegetables. Excellent, a movie for everyone.

27. Gromit is the most expressive character. I like how much expression Park
gets out of a little fold of claymation eyebrow, like in the pic above.

28. i saw that one sitting in the second row, really biiig screen and i recall
you could see a fingerprint here and there- mostly on the penquin's body, because it was sort of glossy black. it's nice that it wasn't so computerized. he's an amazingly gifted sculptor if you ask me. :)

I took the kids and it was great not to have to sit through some lame-ass movie like "Herbie Fully Loaded."

So clever!
