Ok seriously, here's a health test...
...for ALL you test takers out there. I took it while back. It's kind of long, but analyzes your health and urges you toward positive changes. I'm 31, but my realage is 27. Yay! Must be all my veggies--9+ servings a day, baby!
Anyway, you don't have to post the results if you don't want, but take it regardless. You only get one life, try to live healthy. That means NO burgers or Taco Bell!

--and NO I don't work for them, I just thought it was cool.

1. Life without Taco Bell or Cheezits simply isn't worth living.

4. Irritated with RealAge
according to them I'm about 2 years older than I am chronologically. Why? Am I overweight? No. Do I take vitamins and supplements appropriate for my age? Yes. Do I exercise? Yes. Do I have a good social support network? Yes.

So what's the problem? My family history. x( Both my sister and my mother have had breast cancer. Momma died from it. And according to RealAge, I'll never escape that. x( That's why I don't like RealAge.

It's an interesting exercise, but I take it with a grain of salt. Oh BTW, I'm constantly getting "You can't possibly be that old!"

It's all in the attitude and outlook, baby!
