Would it be advisable to write a letter like this to BC Revenue?

Dear fat, ugly Vulture.

I received your invoice for a payment of $128 for my MSP premium. Even though I live hand to mouth as I try to pay all my bills, student loans and monthly "Unforeseen expenses" I want you to know that I sent your money. Luckily, I recieved my GST rebate cheque today for a hefty $86. So, after I pay that money to you, which I thought I was blessed with - thinking I may actually get to put a small amount of money away this month - I will actually be down $45 bucks. So I just wanted to inform you the cheque I wrote is good, and could you please stuff it up your ass you blood-sucking bastards. I never agreed to pay MSP premiums, if you want money from me for medicare, then take it out of my taxes and the 3 billion dollar surplus you had this year.
Fuck off and die.
