how you came to be a vetegarian? (I'll understand if this is too personal a question!) The reason I ask is, Mr. Heidi and I have been having this discussion because he is a practicing Buddhist, and his school of Buddhism accepts the consumption of meat, but not the killing of animals. For example, he can buy meat at the grocery store, but can't go to a butcher or packinghouse and "order" the slaughter of an animal.
