Dealing with auto insurance company...

Got hit head on by a young lady who crossed two lanes of traffic in town to hit my '93 Dodge pickup with her '90's Honda Accord. She and I were not injured in any way. The unfortunate young lady stated to the police officer that she was taking medication that made her left arm "weak." Any words of advice in dealing with her insurance company? My mechanic and his body-shop friend believe the insurance company will total the truck. It has a Kelley blue-book value of about $1,500. Thank you.
