I'm volunteering at an Irish dancing competition tomorrow

what should I expect?

I belong to an Irish organization, and they are way into step dancing. So I volunteered to help out at the Feis. ( yearly local competition) Now I'm wondering what I've gotten myself into....

At a fund raiser once, I was sitting next tot he Chairman of the party....

We have a rather large Irish population so they sent some sweet lasses from the county Mayo to give a little twirl with the step dancin' in front of us...

I leaned over the Chairman, a rather large Italian gentleman and whispered....

"They couldn't afford the River Dance so they give you puddle dance...."

He did a spit take.....

I suspect there won't be many spit-takes tomorrow, although that would be amusing.
