Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld are flying on Air Force 1. Bush turns to Cheney and says, "you know I could throw a million bill out the window and make one person very happy". Cheney, not to be outdone says, "I could throw 10 one hundred dollar bills out the window and make ten people happy". Rumsfeld then says, "big deal, I could throw 100 ten dollar bills out the window and make 100 people happy". The pilot listening to all this turns to his co-pilot and says, "big shots back there. I could throw the three of them out the plane and make 56 million people very happy".
