There is a big difference between me living on $12,000 and me making $12,000 and co-habitating with a teacher making $27,000 (in my dreams).

9. $27/hr as an RN in Alexandria VA
Though I know (critical care travel) nurses in this area that make upwards of mid-40s. An incredibly rewarding gig for anyone whose considered becoming one.
