16. Yes, in central Alberta
Unfortunately, our fall doesn't last very long. Today's a perfect autumn day - around 68F. We have to enjoy it while it lasts, snow could come at any time now...x( (luckily, it's not in the immediate forecast)

5. I agree!
Apple crisp, fuzzy sweaters (but no parka, yet,) perfect weather for the evening run, and Halloween-- my favorite "holiday!"

6. Agreed
Though the cooler temps are mostly just at night here - so far. Anything's better than this summer was, I guess!

I also am a big Christmas person and look forward to that.

17. It was the 5th hottest summer on record in Philly
2nd hottest in Allentown. So, I'm sure we're in the top 5 where I am. So glad to see other fall people.

:hi: CatWoman! Great thread.

I'm baking a ham, scalloped potatoe and making yellow split pea soup with the stock and bone!

the windows are open and there is a gentle breeze. The leaves are just starting to turn and soon it will SNOW .. well not too soon, but I love fall and winter!
