Jazz Fans
Hey Everybody-

We're going to debut a show tonight at 9pm ET/6pm PT to run every Wed. called "Jubilee". It you loved old Jazz from the 40's, you'll love this; "Jubilee" was a show that ran from 1942-50 and heard only on AFRS (Armed Forces Radio Service)that spotlighted live performances of top Jazz stars of the day, such as:

Duke Ellington
Billy Eckstine
Coleman Hawkins
Rosetta Tharpe
Lena Horne
Louis Armstrong

This is a incredible series; I hope you all check it out...

These shows were made between 1942-50, so it's a little before ,my time:)

I've got 45 of these shows in the archives; we'll be playing 4 episodes every week. I'm getting more, too....

URK....Somehow I read it to mean that the music was from that era, but that the show was new...
