I learned property management agencies are frustrating as hell to deal with! Been playing phone tag with one for a week just to look at a place that's been advertised since last Wednesday!

18. it's a house with a two car garage

washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, outdoor wooden porch, totally fenced yard (good for dog and two cats)....in the center of Inner SE Portland, a perfect location for both me and my roommate place...the place is big enough for us to have privacy....Oh yeah...$800 a month split in half...now is that pr0n or not ?
