If a television commentator says something that's considered inane enough to make 70% of the viewers to click the "Stupid" button on their new DS1-Issued remote control they will be administered a Tasering, live on tv.

and what does it take, commentwise, to mandate that the tasering will be in a particularly sensitive area?

Though it would be helpful to also issue MSM pundits cajones too !
