1. Kire . . .
This is totally off-topic, but thank you for the Witches Taint thing in the pop culture forum. I hadn't laughed so hard in weeks. :hi:

3. "If a man dwells on the past,
then he robs the present. But if a man ignores the past, he may rob the future. The seeds of our destiny are nurtured by the roots of our past." - Master Po (proving that the future of our future as a nation may very well depend upon wider dissemination of the Witches Taint link.)

8. I was really trying to be serious.
I just got done watching Caine teach the men in a slave labor camp how to survive getting caved in the mine with almost no oxygen.

This series is not a comedy. And this episode shows why.

The one before it on the DVD was great too, "A Praying Mantis Kills":

"'I was cleansing my mind of impurities. Disturbances.' - Caine
'...how's that work?'
'It lets me see the nature of things as they really are.' - Caine
'Is that what keeps you from getting mad?'
'It is how I may encounter life's many faces with some sense of peace.'" - Caine, on meditating

"I do not do it. It is not done. . . It is only experienced. It happens." - Caine, on hitting a target without looking

9. I loved the series.
I was raised Baptist and it was my first brush with another way of experiencing life.

12. I wouldn't mind that.
"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -- Gautama Siddharta (not Caine or Master Po, but still good.)
