1. headbang is a good thing
You are jamming to some good tunes.

Banging head on the other hand, well, brick walls and heads do not make good collision partners.

2. Not much, really...EXCEPT...the first can, over time, cause damage to
delicate brain structures...the second, causes immediate pain and bruising if practiced hard enough...and you genererally (unless you're deranged) will stop before brain damage occurs.

Yet the first is deemed "fun" and the second "weird".
