Now to move all these boxes over there...

What color(s) is it inside, and are you keeping it/them?

6. It's got lots of detail, hardwood floors...

It will need some painting and some carpentry work here and there. The neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants, clubs nearby and walkable and a cool bikepath to work.

Basement will need to be converted to music studio/laundry/storage..
