If you've a mind to, try this version (my personal fav)
3 lb pork loin, sliced through middle lengthwise Marinate 2 hours in: 1 cup soy sauce ½ cup sherry (dry, not sweet) 2 crushed garlic cloves 1 tsp ground ginger (fresh is better, dry is okay) Pour marinade over pork and let stand for two hours, turning occasionally. Broil slowly about 8 inches from hot coals. Turn occasionally. Cook about 1 hour. Slice thin diagonally, and serve with hot mustard. (If desired)
