I'm looking for a site that will help me get some ideas for grad school. Right now I have no clue other than I'd like to stay in the northeast and that I'd like to go some place that will give me a grad assistantship in my area of expertise. Any site ideas, or hell at this point I'm open to people recommending colleges to me.

That would narrow things down a bit. Sometimes certain industries or associations will have lists of accredited grad schools for students seeking degrees in a particular field.
