I have just noticed that my ISP is charging me for 300Kbit broadband. I actually have the 3Mbit service. It's a difference of about 20 pounds every month.
Should I tell them?

because 300Kbits of data should only weigh about 14 pounds (give or take a few ounces).
I'd say send them a peck of data ever other biennium.
