8.0 oz. Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
2.0 oz. Skyy Vodka

Directions: Combine 1 can YooHoo with 8 ounces of Kahlua, or more if preferred, in large tumbler. Shake well. Add vodka to taste, at least 2 oz. Shake again, serve chilled.

Ingredients

1 cup 8th Continent™ chocolate soymilk
1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
2 teaspoons Irish cream liqueur, if desired
Whipped cream
Directions
1. Place all ingredients except whipped cream in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed about 10 seconds or just until blended.

2. Pour into 2 glasses. Top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
