Lots of clouds. It has been a really dry and hot summer so far.

It has rained almost every other day for months now. We are soggy, humid and moldy. I need to get hay for my horse but the hay farmers can't cut hay with all the rain. I'm crossing my fingers: it actually hasn't rained in almost 30 hours now.

7. Globl warming has set in, I'm afraid.

I want to swim in my pool at night and there's almost always a thunderstorm or rain by the time I get home from work and tending to my horse. It has been so very humid and hot here. We're melting!

3. Happened here last year.

It was muddy all summer long and I did not get my hay in until the first week of September. The usual is in June. Everything was moldy. This summer it is hot and we go for a few weeks without rain then we get 7 inches in one day. Good luck.

10. The ankle deep sucking mud, gnats, humidity and skeeters are getting old.

I am so ready for at leat 4 days without rain. We've got to get hay. Hardly anyone has been able to cut any. The farm where I keep my filly needs about 2,000 bales/year to feed 22 horses year-round.
We usually get several loads of hay each month and store it for the winter. We are going to have to work really hard when the weather drys out. I hope your equines are doing well!
