Help me with my sig! I am totally clueless when it comes to HTML and stuff

I want to make the first part small, like 10-12 font, and then the bottom part being bigger, like 14 font and a link to my blog- (stpalm.blogspot.com)

I want the sizes to be like this:



but the bottom one would be a link.




Thanks! It seems like I make these topics way too often.
