2 interviews later.....and still NO word.....sigh....

....got called back after submitting my resume' to a Chiropractor's office...went on the first interview yesterday morning at 8am and met with the other two girls that work in the office....went really well...they called me back a couple hours later to interview with the Chiropractor....thought it went well too...he said he'd talk with the other two girls who straight out told me they really liked me as they've been interviewing for a couple weeks and I was the first person they really liked....they didn't call me back yesterday and I'm hopin' it's because maybe they wanted to *sleep on it* and call me back today maybe?!

Dunno what to think now...and extremely disappointed as the office is just down the road a ways from my apartment and the pay is more and a lot of incentives for bonuses and after 90 days...full benefits...sigh...please tell me there's still a chance I could get this job...it would be ideal all the way around really and after not hearing back yesterday afternoon I'm just sick that I'm not gonna get it now....

1. I know the feeling...

I had a really good interview last week and I have not heard anything. She said that she would make the decision over the weekend and get back to me on wednesday. I am so nervous!

2. I was so disappointed they didn't call me back yesterday....

.....just hoping with all within me they just wanted to wait and call me today. I just KNEW I had it too.

3. maybe they need to check references...

or maybe they have another interview that they want to give a fair shot, ya know? It sounds like it will work in your favor.

6. Well luckily I've got another temp job offer to consider.....

...had gotten a recommendation from a lady who was at my present job to give a siminar and she's the prez/ceo of her own co....just chit chatting with her a couple times she gave me her card and told me to call another temp agency in town as she knows them and they happened to call about 30 minutes after I got called back for the second interview yesterday...and the temp job I'm presently working asked me to come back next week too if nothing else happened in the mean time...so I'm covered if I don't get this other job...but got my hopes up BIG TIME regardless for it.

And indeed luck is what's needed all the way around these days!

7. Most likely the Chiropractor has to make the final decision

and 'doctors' can't be rushed, especially if they have other priorities.

Don't assume anything, especially the worst.
